Application process:

Roll the aluminum foil over the paint full or inflated zone, and fasten it with a bandage.  You should leave it for the entire day or overnight.

You should repeat this procedure for about 10-12 days and after take a break around two weeks. If the pain persists, repeat the procedure.

How to perform anti-inflammatory treatment:

Wrap the foil around the feet in five to seven layers. Put some cotton or paper between the layers, leave the wrap for about an hour, and then remove it. Two hours later, you should place a new wrap and leave it for an hour.  Remember that the treatment should take seven days.

Which side should be used?

Some scientists say: for heating and keeping the heat place the shiny side on the inside, directly on the skin, while keeping the matte side on the outside. For cooling and protection from the heat – the matte side should be on the inside, and the shiny side on the outside.

Otherwise, many scientists claim that it does not matter which side you use, since they are equally effective.
